As explained, the board of this organization makes the strategic decisions which is then handed over to the C.E.O to engage the departmental heads to tactically plan and set targets towards the goals of the company.
To enable us effectively respond to our customers and the environment, our operations department is partitioned to oversee each sector of the country. With the aid of the station supervisors, we are able to get up to date information from our clients which enables us to be responsive to their need.
